Jennifer attended Saint Thomas University College of Law on a Merit Scholarship, where she founded a local chapter of the Dade County Bar Association and received a Dean's Award at graduation in 2012. Jennifer was a member of the Planning Committee for the 13th Judicial Circuit's Veterans Outreach Court from 2018 to 2023, where she was responsible for fundraising on behalf of the 13th Judicial Circuit. Jennifer and her husband's fundraising initiatives permitted the Veterans Court to be completely free for veterans in the program. She is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors and Legal Counsel for Conifer Community Nest in Conifer, Colorado, a charity that serves the needs of an underprivileged rural mountain town. Jennifer is also a Mentor with Hillsborough County, Florida's Guardian Ad Litem Program and received recognition in 2024 from the program for her dedication to protecting vulnerable members of the community.
Jennifer hails from Annapolis, Maryland, and holds a Bachelor of Science in American Law and Policy from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland, with a concentration in Constitutional Law Theory. She is the daughter of two government contractors in Washington, DC. Jennifer was mentored by her grandfather, Hon. Roger Campbell, a presidential appointee to the United States Patent Board of Appeals. She has a rich background in political studies, having chosen Political Science as one of her dual minors and traveling to North Africa during the Arab Spring to support democracy initiatives.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is committed to giving back to her community. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, which she sells on her Etsy page, traveling with her husband, Andrew, and spending time with her father.
