Orlando, FL (May 3, 2021) – At 5:50 a.m. on the morning of Monday, May 3, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Orlando.
According to Orange County officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-4 around the area of Sand Lake Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other for reasons that are not yet known. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The left lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
