Orlando, FL (August 1, 2021) – At 7:40 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, July 31, a multi-vehicle crash occurred in Orlando.
According to Orange County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of FL-417 around the area of exit 23, Moss Park Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The right lane of traffic was blocked for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
