Chad J. Robinson
About
Chad is a 2008 cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he served as the Sources Editor for the Nova Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Criminal Law and Constitutional Law, after achieving academic excellence in both of these subjects. Additionally, he was the co-founder of the first-ever law school radio station which remains on air today. In 2005, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida where he made Dean’s List and was a Bright Futures Scholar.
Chad is an AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected to the 2016 Florida Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers, and again in 2017, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Chad was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2024.
Chad devotes part of his practice to representing policyholders whose claims have been wrongfully denied or wrongfully partially denied by insurance companies. The other portion of his practice focuses on representing those individuals who have been injured because of the negligence of others. Additionally, in the past, Chad has represented individuals who have been the prey of predatory telemarketers and debt collectors. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Chad is a personal injury lawyer and insurance lawyer who can get the job done.
Chad previously represented insurance companies for claims involving windstorm, sinkhole, fire, mold, theft, and water losses. Additionally, he represented clients in state and federal court actions in all aspects of litigation including trial, within other areas of law including construction defects, employment discrimination, business torts, fraud, trade secret, automobile accidents, bankruptcy, defamation, premises and third-party liability and labor disputes.
He frequently serves as a judge for high school, college and law school mock trial competitions. He is also conversant in both Spanish and Hebrew.
