Orlando, FL (April 21, 2021) – At 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, April 20, a woman was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident on an Orlando roadway.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred on North Semoran Boulevard. The unidentified female pedestrian was crossing the street at the time when she was struck by a truck driven by a 35-year-old male employee from Constellation Towing & Recovery.

Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian was pronounced dead after being hospitalized with traumatic injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
