Orlando, FL (March 11, 2021) – Around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, March 11, a fatal motorcycle crash took place at an intersection in Orlando.
According to Orange County officials, the accident took place at the intersection of South Goldenrod Road and Lake Underhill Road. A sedan and a motorcycle collided at the intersection when a vehicle jumped the median and struck the motorcycle.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. The driver of the motorcycle, identified as a 38-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle, identified as a 26-year-old from Orlando, remained at the scene and was not injured.
Charges are pending against the driver of the sedan at this time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
