Orlando, FL (August 21, 2021) – At 8:35 p.m. on the night of Saturday, August 21, a car accident happened on a highway in Orlando.
According to Orange County officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-4 around the area of mile marker 83. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Three right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
