Boca Raton, FL (April 25, 2021) – Around 6:52 a.m. on the morning of Friday, April 23, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Boca Raton.
According to officials, the accident happened on I-95 around the area of Palmetto Park Road. Multiple vehicles were traveling in the same direction when they became involved in a chain-reaction collision. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
